Description:
Based on the observation of air and waste nitrogen flow path, we confirm the various pressures of the main flow paths in the air separation plant. Therefore pressures for other flow paths can be confirmed.
The outlet pressure of expander is corresponding to the pressure of middle part of upper column, and the inlet pressure of boosting end of expander is corresponding to the pressure of air after purified. As long as the efficiency value, expansion capacity and booting capacity of expander are ascertained, the pressure values of the boosting expansion flow path can be ascertained as well.
The feed gas for argon producing system comes from the middle and lower part of upper column, and the working pressure of crude argon column can be ascertained. And then ascertain the working pressure of pure argon column according to the liquid level difference.
