ISO9001:2008 QS

At the date of establishment, the company got the ISO9001 Quality Management System Certificate under the guidance and coverage of the holding company, and has the complete files and documents about the "Quality Manual" which includes quality policy and quality target, program document and operation instruction etc., and through the years of operation, the company’s quality management system and system files is becoming more and more complete, the operation of quality management system is continued and effective, and the company has the ability of achieving the quality policy and quality target. The company passed the site audit of authentication experts of Norske Veritas (DNV Shanghai) in October 2010, and got the independent quality management system certificate (certificate NO. 87533-2010-AQ-RGC-RvA).

The company establishes the quality management system institutional framework whose first liable person is the general manager, and the quality vice-general manager hold a concurrent post of the management representative. The company’s 8 functional departments and 3 manufacturing shop were incorporated into the quality management system. The quality management department is leaded by quality vice-general manager, in charge of putting the company’s quality policy and quality target into effect, and planning, controlling, guaranteeing, and improving the quality. The quality department formulates the quality working plan according to the company's strategic goals every year, arranges the whole year’s quality work, decomposes and commits the every department’s quality target and quality duty, defines the emphasis of whole year's quality work, establishes the reward and punishment system on quality, and carries out the quality assessment.

In recent years, in order to keep the conformity, suitability, sufficiency, and continuously improving effectiveness of company's quality management system, the company follows the quality policy and quality target, sticks to the eight principles of QS, manages finely, develops harmoniously, pursues excellence, focuses on the customers, continuously meets and exceeds the customers' requirements, and insists on management innovation, technological innovation and continued improvement. The all rules and regulations are carried out according to the company's system files regulations, which run through the fields of design, development, purchase, production and service, and provide the basic basis and guarantee for management. Through the humaneness management and relentless system, there are laws to abide by, rules to follow, the division of labor is reasonable, and the limits of authority is clear in the course of working, which greatly reduce the phenomenon of disputing over trifles, unclear responsibility and connection. Such that the QS work can be standardization, routinization and normalization, and effectively and continuously improve QS.

Pressure Vessel Quality Assurance System

The company got the Special Equipment Manufacturing License issued by Quality and Technology Supervision of Zhejiang Province in December 2006, and passed the review of exchanging certificate in different place in 2009. In May 2010, according to the Quality and Technology Supervision of Zhejiang Province and managing requirement of system of state licenses for manufacturing special equipment, the company prepared the report and review materials related to the special equipment manufacture license application, and after the repeated guidance and confirmation of the leads of Special Equipment Department of Quality and Technology Supervision of Zhejiang Province, the company received the decision letter of accepting the administrative licensing application of special equipment in August. The company successfully passed the reexamination of accrediting and validating agency in October, and got the new edition the People's Republic of China Special equipment Manufacturing License(pressure vessel), NO.TS2233125-2014.

The company established and carried out the pressure quality guarantee system strictly according to the country's related laws and regulations, issued and carried out the pressure vessel quality assurance manual, and guaranteed that the related rules like "Regulations on safety supervision for special equipment", "TSG004-2007 Basic requirements of quality assurance system on manufacture, installation, transformation and maintenance of special equipment" and "Regulations on safety technical supervision for fixed pressure vessel" etc. would be effectively implemented and put into effect within company.

In system movement, the company paid attention to the ability training, and frequently invited the senior experts of Hangyang Co., Ltd. and the senior professors of Zhejiang University of Technology to publicize, carry out and implement the new pressure vessel regulations for the company’s leaders, inspectors, technicists and responsibility engineers. All of the staffs take the construction and management of the conditions of resources for production of pressure vessels of special equipment. Aim at the characteristics of pressure vessel products, the company completes all jobs perfectly, continuously and stably improves the production ability and quality of products, and makes efforts to create a modernization specialized production site and the competitive products of Hangyang.
