Description:
The plant is of full low-pressure flow nitrogen double boosting turbine expansion process, using molecular sieve purification system. Air bearing turbo-expander and aluminum plate-fin type heat exchanger greatly enhance the stability, security and reliable of operation.
The fractionating column and argon column adopt aluminum sieve tray columns, whose plate rectification achieves the best effect after being precision calculated and manufactured by us, in which way the height of column is reduced. The oxygen & nitrogen & argon extraction yields of the column are high and the output regulating range is large.
The units of the whole plant are reasonable and the occupation area of the plant is small. It can be operated easily and various data can be monitored by on-line digital indicator.
In order to meet different requirements of customers, different processes such as air circulating process, nitrogen circulating process, high and low temperature booster turbine expansion process or low temperature refrigerating process etc. are adopted to reduce the power consumption. In order to achieve stable and reliable operating of plant, PLC control system or DCS control system are recommended.
