Note: 1. Nm /h is defined as the volume at 0℃, 101.3kPa(A) (same as below);

2. The liquid output is calculated from data of gas, and the pressure is calculated with 0 meter high at outlet of cold box.

3. The total liquefaction capacity is 5000Nm3/h, and the normal external liquefaction capacity of nitrogen is 3000Nm3/; and the normal external liquefaction capacity of oxygen is 2000Nm3/h. The liquefaction outputs of nitrogen and oxygen can be adjusted according to any ratio.

Process Description:

The proposed Air Separation Plant employs a process in which medium nitrogen circulation, high/low temperature booster expansion turbine is used to produce refrigerating capacity, which includes low pressure nitrogen compressor, medium pressure nitrogen compressor and high/low temperature booster expansion turbine.
