Description:

The working principle of this complete set of air separation plant is according to the different boiling points of the components in the air to get rid of H2O and CO2 through molecular sieve after the air compressed and pre-cooled. The air is cooled to liquefaction temperature in main heat exchanger, and then goes to column to take part in rectification to obtain oxygen and nitrogen products.

The high efficiency structural packing column is utilized by upper column, which is enormously reduced the resistance of column plate and the power consumption of air separation plant. The hydrogen-free argon producing technology is adopted, and cancels the argon purifying device, which makes the operation more safe and reliable, saves the power consumption of hydrogen producing, and improves the argon extraction rate.
