Description:

  • This is molecular sieve purifying air with boosting turbine expansion process.
  • The air is preliminarily rectified in the lower column, then obtain liquid air form the bottom, and liquid nitrogen from top. A part of air goes into pure oxygen column.
  • The liquid air and pure liquid nitrogen drawn from lower column to upper column for participating in rectification after subcooled through liquid air/ liquid nitrogen subcooler; and then obtain nitrogen gas at the top which is fed out of cold box after rewamed in heat exchanger.
  • A certain amount of oxygen drawn from the middle of pure oxygen column is sent to upper column, and the liquid oxygen drawn from the bottom of upper column is sent to the top of pure oxygen column as reflux liquid. After rectification in pure oxygen column, oxygen gas is obtained. The liquid at the bottom of pure oxygen column is sent to the middle part as reflux stream. The oxygen gas form top of pure oxygen column is fed out of cold box through rewarmed heat exchanger.
  • Gaseous oxygen and nitrogen are sent to user’s service system as products.
  • Part of waste nitrogen is used as the regeneration gas of MS, and the rest is used as the cold source of water cooling tower.
