Description:
The role of the booster is using the work produced during the expanding air to directly boost the air going into expanded which increases the pressure before expander and the refrigerating capacity of unit expansion air. When the refrigerating capacity needed by the air separation plant is certain, reducing the air capacity of expander, the total processing air capacity is reduced accordingly, which further improves the oxygen extraction efficiency of normal temperature molecular sieve purification booting expansion process, and reduces the power consumption further.
Employ the vertical and internal thermal insulation structure molecular sieve adsorbers.
Employ computer distributed control system (DCS system) to control and adjust the air separation plant.
