Description:
The KDON-3600(200Y)/4500(50Y) ASP pre-cooling system employs air cooling tower to pre-cool. The air cooling tower can eliminate the acidoid in the air effectively. The air after being pre-cooled, dried and expanded flows into upper column to be rectified. The pure nitrogen from top of column goes out of cold box after being re-warmed in sub-cooler and main heat exchanger, and then after being compressed, it is supplied to the client. The liquid air and pure LIN are gotten from the bottom and top of lower column respectively. At the top of upper column, there are product oxygen and LOX, of which gaseous oxygen is compressed and sent to user after being re-warmed, and the LOX is sent to storage tank.
