Description:
The pre-cooling system of this ASP employs air cooling column to pre-cool. The air cooling system equipped with air cooling column which can effectively wash the acidity materials like SO2, NOX, HCl and Cl2 that are harmful to the molecular sieve to guarantee the effective service life of MS. The pre-cooled, dry and expanded air is fed into upper column to follow rectification, by which liquid air is obtained at the bottom of lower column, and liquid nitrogen is obtained at the top. The product oxygen is obtained at the bottom of upper column, and the liquid oxygen can be drawn from the bottom of condenser evaporator to storage system. Pure nitrogen and liquid nitrogen are drawn from the top of column.
