Description:
The typical product of this series employs a process in which air is purified by MS at normal temperature, boosted turbo expander is used to produce refrigerating capacity, structural packing is applied and argon is extracted through full rectification.
There is a lot of dust contained in the air, and during the high speed running of air turbo compressor, the dust will cause the abrasion, corrosion and scaling of the impellers and blades, which will shorten the service life of the equipment. Therefore the feed air filter must be set to remove the dust in the air.
The air goes through molecular sieve for purification and main heat exchanger for cooling, and then goes into lower column for rectification, by which oxygen, nitrogen and argon products are obtained.
