Description:
The fractionating column employs structural packing type. Due to the resistance of upper column is 1/4~1/6 of the corresponding sieve trays column, which makes the discharging pressure of air compressor drop from 0.55MPa to 0.51MPa. The application of technology can reduce 5%~7% of the power consumption of air compressor.
The air separation plant is a complete set plant composed with many supporting units: the turbo expander achieves the low pressure process for big size air separation plant; efficient plate-fin heat exchanger increases the heat exchange efficiency; the availability of boosting expander and the improvement of molecular sieve adosrber change the high power consumption defect of MS purification process.
