1. Nm3/h is defined as the volume at 0℃, 101.3kPa(A) (same as below);

2. The liquid output is calculated from data of gas, and the pressure is calculated with 0 meter high at outlet of cold box.

3. All pressures which are not specially defined below are the gauge pressures.

Description:

The supplement nitrogen gas from air separation plant mixed with the reflux gas of liquefaction plant is compressed through the gas transmission nitrogen turbo-compressor, then it joins another stream of reflux gas to be compressed through the nitrogen turbo-compressor section and to be divided into two streams. One enters main heat exchanger to be cooled and drawn into high temperature expander, it is re-warmed through main heat exchanger and fed out of cold box after it is expanded, then it returns inlet of circulation section of nitrogen turbo-compressor; another stream enters main heat exchanger for cooling after it is supercharged through the supercharge ends of high-temperature expander and low-temperature expander, part of the cooled stream is drawn into low-temperature expander to be expanded, re-warmed through main heat exchanger and fed out of cold box back to inlet of circulation section of nitrogen turbo-compressor; the rest will be liquefied to be liquid nitrogen directly. The gaseous oxygen is liquefied by the liquid nitrogen in the oxygen liquefaction heat exchanger, and then it is sent to user.
