Description:

The nitrogen provided by air separation plant mixing with the expanded and re-warmed circulating nitrogen of liquefaction plant enters to the circulating nitrogen compressor to be compressed, and then goes into the boosting end of expander to raise the pressure, and after being cooled in the water cooler, it goes into the hot end of main heat exchanger in the liquefier cold box again. Most nitrogen is extracted from the heat exchanger to turbo expander for expansion refrigeration, and the expanded low pressure nitrogen with the nitrogen from the hot end of LIN subcooler enters inot the main heat exchanger from the cold end to cool the drag flow nitrogen, and it follows the next circulation at the inlet of circulating nitrogen after re-warmed. The rest nitrogen is continuously cooled, liquefied and subcooled in the main heat exchanger, and after going out of the cold end of main heat exchanger, it enters into LIN subcooler to be subcooled by the throttled liquid nitrogen, and then the product subcooling liquid nitrogen is obtained.
