Process Description:
Following goes through air buffer CG-2 after the feed air is compressed by 2 sets of compressors GA250 (airflow≥73Nm3/min, pressure≥1.0MPa). After elimination of most oil, moisture and dust in one-stage and two-stage filter, the feed air goes to refrigerating dryer with 75m3 volume, and then it enters precise filter/active carbon filter to be degreased as the residue grease content ≤0.01ppm. Then it enters PSA separation system (HYN1400 nitrogen generation unit) in which filled with adsorbent after it goes through buffer CG-8.
