Description:
The low pressure nitrogen provided by the user after throttled is compressed with the feed nitrogen turbo-compressor, and mixing with the refluxed gas of liquefaction plant, and then it is divided into two streams after being compressed with circulating nitrogen turbo-compressor: one stream enters into the main heat exchanger to be cooled, after which it is fed into high temperature expander to be expanded, and at last it goes out of cold box and back to the inlet of circulation section of nitrogen turbo-compressor after being re-warmed in the main heat exchanger; the other one enters into the main heat exchanger to be cooled after being boosted in the boosting ends of high temperature expander and low temperature expander, after which it is fed to the low temperature expander to be expanded, and at last it oes out of cold box and back to the inlet of circulation section of nitrogen turbo-compressor after being re-warmed in the main heat exchanger.
The liquid nitrogen is subcooled in the LIN subcooler, part of which is sent out as product liquid nitrogen, and the rest goes into the oxygen heat exchanger to liquefy the gaseous oxygen and sent out as the liquid oxygen product.
